Who Should Attend?

Fully Understands and respects the effect that unscheduled downtime has on the company’s bottom line.  Understands how to Design Effective World Class Best Practice Programs that Create Operational Reliability! .  Has a clear understanding of Secondary and Collateral Damage and the P-F curve dynamics.  Understands the need to act quickly on Condition Based Alarms.  Knows how to work effectively and collaboratively with the Operations, Production and Procurement Departments to improve Operational Reliability.   Practices and Develops Critical Thinking, Skills at all levels of the Organization.  Understands Critical Work Specifications, Understands Critical Re-Commissioning Specifications, Understands SMPs and is Centered in both Reliability and Business Effeciency. Full understanding of Advanced Planning and the the Planning Department or for, Advanced Level Planning and Scheduling positioncreation of Reliability Centered Work Plans in accordance with Quality Work and following Human Behavioral Science.  Is trained in, FMECA, RCA, RCFA, Continuous Improvement, Organizational Management, Culture Change Management, Team Building and Leadership.

Qualifications:
Qualified to Lead a Planning Department or teams of planners and schedulers. Capable of training others in the Art and Skills of Work Planning. Conducting of Wrench Time Stodies and Work Quality Audits.

Recommended Prerequisites:
At least 5 years  of Maintenance Supervisory experience or a combined total of at least 8 years Operational and Maintenance Supervision.

Certification Requirements:
You must successfully Complete the Accredited Training Program for CRCPP and you must pass the Professional Certification Examination with an overall score of 70% or better - 110 multiple choice questions.
