Fully Understands and respects the effect that unscheduled downtime has on the company’s bottom line.  Understands how to Design Effective World Class Best Practice Programs that Create Operational Reliability! .  Has a clear understanding of Secondary and Collateral Damage and the P-F curve dynamics.  Understands the need to act quickly on Condition Based Alarms.  Knows how to work effectively and collaboratively with the Operations, Production and Procurement Departments to improve Operational Reliability.   Practices and Develops Critical Thinking, Skills at all levels of the Organization.  Understands Critical Work Specifications, Understands Critical Re-Commissioning Specifications, Understands SMPs and the value of planned and scheduled work. Full understanding of Planning and Scheduling, maintenance project work, FMECA, RCA, RCFA, Continuous Improvement, Organizational Management, Culture Change Management, Team Building and Leadership.

Qualifications:
Qualified to be a Department leader or for Reliability Centered Maintenance Department, Reliability Engineering, KPI Monitoring and trending analysis, Planning and Scheduling or Associate Level, Reliability Centered Maintenance Consulting,  can participate and lead during *FMECA and Strategic Maintenance Planning Phases.

have the Demonstrated Skills to Effectively Train FMECA and Strategic Planning Functional Teams and manage those projects to fruition.

Recommended Prerequisites:
At least 5 years  of Maintenance Management or Supervisory experience or a combined total of at least 8 years Operational and Maintenance Management or Supervision.

Certification Requirements:
You must successfully Complete the Accredited Training Program for CRCMP and you must pass the Professional Certification Examination with an overall score of 70% or better - 110 multiple choice questions.
